All The Presidents Men (the ghosts behind Obama)
Where are all the Deep Throats and young reporters like Woodward and Bernstein?? With all that is going on in Washington....where are all the reporters willing to search for the BIG story? There are hundreds of situations that make Watergate look like no big deal, corruption is everywhere! My god, there is Pulitzer material wherever you look!
Here's the full The Watergate Story.
Todays Democrats and All The Presidents Men(the ghosts behind Obama), should be scared to death of the wrath of the People when they get found out for the plan/reasons behind all the Power Grabbing that is going on today!
"Whether ours shall continue to be a government of laws and not of men is now before Congress and ultimately the American people."
—Special Prosecutor Archibald Cox after his firing, Oct. 20, 1973

Beware of Cap and Trade
Obama's espousal of cap-and-trade, a system that is intended, among other things, to increase the price of fossil fuels and force their replacement by energy sources that produce less greenhouse gases, has drawn fire from many economists as a huge energy tax that will weigh heavily on an economy that is already in steep recession. The price tag has been put high as $2 trillion dollars over eight years. That figure, nearly three times higher than originally projected, was given in a White House briefing to Senate staffers last week and reported by US News and World Report and the Washington Times.
The basic idea: “Companies that produce emissions below a mandatory cap earn carbon credits — which they can then sell to companies that don’t meet the cap. This rewards those who invest in ways of reducing pollution and penalizing those who don’t.”
These measures would set a limit, or cap, on carbon dioxide emissions from fossil fuel use. The effect of such a cap would be to impose rationing of coal, oil, and natural gas on the American economy. Each covered utility, oil company, and manufacturing facility would be given allowances based on past emissions or some other formula. Those companies that emit less carbon dioxide than permitted by their allowances could sell the excess to those that do not; this is the trade part of cap and trade. Over time, the cap would be ratcheted down, requiring greater cuts in emissions.
By limiting the supply of fossil fuels, Cap and Trade would raise the cost of energy.
For consumers, this means more expensive gasoline and electricity as well as net job losses in energy-dependent sectors. Senator Lieberman himself concedes costs into the hundreds of billions of dollars. And as the Congressional Budget Office has noted, such energy cost increases act as a regressive tax on the poor and working class.
Carbon dioxide is the unavoidable byproduct of fossil fuel combustion, which currently provides 85 percent of America's energy. Thus, it will be very costly to move away from this preferred energy source. Methane is another gas being targeted in an effort to also grab some money from the Agriculture sector. They want to impose 175.00 per cow, 87.50 for beef cows and feeder cattle and 20.00 per pig in confinement. That will make a huge impact on an already fluctuating livestock industry that will increase all dairy and meat prices to the consumer and close many family businesses. Landfills and sewage plants will have to raise their prices too.
While the costs of aggressive cap and trade proposals are substantial, the environmental benefits are suspect .... even if one fully accepts the claim of man-made global warming.
It is a near certainty that the first climate bill enacted will not be the last one. Cap and trade bills are nothing short of a government re-engineering of the American economy. It would put the nation on a path of serious economic harm not justified by any benefits, adding to the already depressed economy. Heck, all the cutbacks and lack of production and consumption will make a bigger impact on the greenhouse effect than Cap and Trade will, only difference is the $$$ going in the governments pockets. Makes you want to fart, don't it!!
President Obama talked about his Cap & Trade Policies and what this policy would do …
Until the other industrialized countries start to clean up after they pollute, there would be no point in cleaning up anything here...China, India, Japan, middle east, Pakistan...all huge polluters, so why should America be the only one to blame? Our emission standard are already higher than nearly any other country...The world has to work together...until then, lets just try to SAVE our economy instead of adding fuel to the fire!

Here is the latest from the EPA.
Up to now, they have been restricted to what we normally consider pollutants: toxic chemicals, particulate matter and even toxic dust and dirt from open pit mines. Essentially they have been regulating mechanical things, but their ability to regulate products naturally produced by animals and even humans, opens new doors to our faceless, non-elected bureaucrats. Would bureaucracies like the EPA want to enlarge their jurisdiction three or fourfold? You betcha!
It is causing a major stir in the cattle industry which sees the potential costs of a cap and trade “cow tax” at $175 per dairy cow and $87.50 per beef cow.
Flatulence of cattle has been a subject of both concern and amusement. Government funded studies are often treated with derision and conjure up mental pictures of methane sensors placed at the exhaust end of a cow, with PhD types copying the sensor data to their notebooks. In reality the multi-stomach, cud chewing cows emit most of their GHGs from the front end, not the rear.
Which brings me to Beano. I consider Beano to be one of the top 25 inventions of the 20th century, right alongside of television, nuclear fission, radar and the Veg-O-Matic. And it works. The active ingredient, the enzyme alpha-galactosidase, affects digestion by prematurely breaking down certain legume sugars before they reach the large intestine where they would normally ferment and produce gas.
Knowing that, about two years ago I decided I would save the planet. I went to Beano’s website where I found a “contact us” box. Had more to do with customers’ problems with Beano, but I asked that my message be forwarded to the appropriate department. In it, I pointed out the problem with bovine flatulence, that perhaps Beano could provide a breakthrough solution, that Beano could be sold by the ton around the world rather than in little bottles, and that they (GlaxoSmithKline) might make a gazillion dollars. But..... I waited and waited for a response. Finally after three weeks, my answer came. They informed me that they did not make Beano for veterinary use and because of that, my request was denied.
So much for thinking outside the box (or bottle) at GlaxoSmithKline.

Liberty and Tyranny by Mark Levin
#1 on the Top Ten List....a great Read for today!
Mark Levin, has written a book assuring us that the liberties we thought we were ours, are in fact ours. But we may have to fight for them in the short term.
He has documented the facts and has counseled on ways we can legally reinforce our rights as given by the Constitution.
Please read this book. Mark Levin is the real deal. He, more than those who "run" our country, cares about where we go as a country.
Timely primer on the crucial issues of our time.
Levin presents a logical case, laid out professorially and methodically, that reveals how far America has gone from its original purpose as a birthplace of liberty towards a dronelike existence under the power of smiling dictators.

Michelle Obama -Behind Closed Doors
Her Husband, his advisors, the press and the Democrats have all put a muzzle on Michelle Obama for some time now.
But... who does Mr. President go home to after a long days work?
Nowadays she’s playing the role of dutiful wife and doting mother, but every once in a while her anger surfaces as it did most famously when Michelle proclaimed in February, 2008, For the first time in her adult life, she was proud of America, as she spoke during a rally to support her husband’s presidential bid.
I bet it chaps her ass that being Betty Crocker and Mrs. Greenjeans is the only outlet and public perception she is allowed to express.
A year ago she was doing stump speeches for her husband that reflected more her personal viewpoints and her own personal black vs. the world politics. If they wanted to get the 'making History' white vote, they needed to shut her up and let Barac give his smooth non-controversional 'Change' speeches. Here are some of the words from her own mouth...
"We've lost sight of the fact that we are one another's brothers' and sisters' keepers in this nation. We have to prepare to sacrifice something big for the greater good. In order to do that, you have to feel some faith and trust and inspiration in our leadership. I don't think there's anyone else in this race who's going to be able to unify this country, who's going to be able to change the way politics is done, who's going to bring people together who never thought they had anything common before and who's going to do it in a way that's decent and honest. That man is my husband, Barack Obama."
"Hope is making a comeback and, let me tell you, for the first time in my adult life, I am proud of my country. Not just because Barack is doing well, but I think people are hungry for change,"
"In 2008, we are still a nation that is too divided. We live in isolation, and because of that isolation, we fear one another."
"We don't know our neighbors. We don't talk. We believe that our pain is our own -- we don't realize that the struggles and challenges of all of us are the same."
"We are too isolated. And we are still a nation that is still too cynical."
"We look at it as them and they as opposed to us -- we don't engage because we are still too cynical."
"Folks are just jammed up, and it’s gotten worse over my lifetime. And, doggone it, I’m young. Forty-four! Because sometimes it's easier to hold on to your own stereotypes and misconceptions. It makes you feel justified in your own ignorance. That's America. So the challenge for us is are we ready for change?"
"Don't get sick in this country -- not here. Americans are in debt not because they live frivolously but because someone got sick. And even with insurance, the deductibles and premiums are so high that people are still putting medication [and ?] treatments on credit cards."
"And things have gotten progressively worse throughout my lifetime -- through Democratic and Republican administrations -- it hasn't gotten better for regular folks."
"We've got to make sure that people who have more money help the people who have less money."
"I am not going to realistically be the policy expert on every opinion and position that Barack has because I don't have the time to do it, quite frankly. And I have to be okay with that. That is the internal struggle that I, and a lot of women, have. You listen to the outside, which says you have an obligation -- because you're smart and well-educated -- to do this. And it's like, 'Yeah, but I also have these kids.'"
Michelle Obama is a depressing specimen of a post-modern class victim, she resents her 'feeling black' (whatever that means) -- is demanding, whining, self-absorbed, self-pitying, and infantile. She couldn't be more the opposite of former 1st Lady, Jackie Kennedy, the sweet, meek, debutantic, needy barbie who was typical of her day...and I resent the comparisons the media brings up.
The old saying goes..."When momma ain't happy, ain't nobody happy".
Now there's talk that she wants a Government salary.
Said to make her case in a 3-page article at WashingtonPost.com, "Michelle Obama has impeccable credentials that will not be diminished by her decision to discontinue her paid work outside the home($400,000 a year). Like other first ladies before her, she will have an office, a staff and even a budget. What other positions with staffing and budgets have no job description?"
(duh, how many 1st Ladies are there??...and you weren't elected!)
"It is only fair that the role of first lady be formally recognized for the demanding position that it is. Then we can stop the false argument about whether Obama has "opted out" of the workplace, knowing that she is about to begin the hardest job she will ever hold."
For a lady who all her life, felt inferior because of race, yet was a 'legacy' candidate into Princeton and a beneficiary of affirmative action, married a Senator and then her salary went from $121,910 to $316,962 due to Barack Obama, the agent of "change" in Washington, had requested an earmark in 2006 for $1 million taxpayer dollars for the hospital where his wife worked. (Do you know of anyone that has ever gotten a 260% raise? I sure don't.)
Michelle Obama was granted many opportunities that others more accomplished were denied. (you can read the whole timeline at the link below)
One might expect that the 'reaction' of someone who gets so many privileges to be grateful to a society that makes them possible. But no. Michelle Obama thinks that her very success is an example of white oppression. By a bizarre twist of logic, she converts "you're not good enough, but we'll take you anyway" into a message of "they said I wasn't good enough, but I proved them wrong."
I hope they keep her mouth shut for a long time and for god's sake, prewrite whatever does come out of her mouth.
But I guess I spoke to soon...
Today, she announced, "Now let's get down to work!" and the press is all googley saying, "Maybe we have the wrong Obama in office".
Pleeze.... she is in office, His office. She's the 1st Lady, paid or not, and the person behind Closed Doors.
Michelle As First Lady of the White House.....
The bust, entitled "Michelle Obama's Makeover for America" shows Michelle Obama in the style of an African Queen, wearing large hooped earrings and an "afro pick" comb in her Egyptian-influenced hairstyle.
An American flag is tattooed across her naked chest and the comb is decorated with pearls, the traditional garb of a First Lady, and an American Eagle.
The work, by controversial sculptor Daniel Edwards, is clearly a nod to both Mrs. Obama's ethnic roots and her position at the heart of American culture and politics.
(not very nurturing, nor feminine for the matter!)

Nancy Pelosi Scares the Hell out of Me
Ratcheting up her open borders rhetoric a notch, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi told a rally in San Francisco that enforcement of immigration laws was "un-American." She also referred to illegal aliens as "very, very patriotic."
Transcript: “The Speaker of the House, the United States House of Representatives, Nancy Pelosi.
(REMEMBER, SHE IS THE 3RD HIGHEST OFFICIAL IN THE UNITED STATES)
You are a special people. You’re here on a Saturday night to take responsibility for our country’s future. That makes you very, very patriotic. Because, our future is about our children.
When our country came together, the very beginning of the country, they said it was a new order for the ages, a forum for the ages. And they knew that would be true because every generation would take responsibility for the next generation to make the country better. And that became true because the American Dream drew people to our shores and when they came and when your parents and families came, whether it was yesterday or four centuries ago, and when my ancestors came from Italy with their hopes and their dreams and their aspirations and determination for a better future for your family, that optimism, that hope, that courage, that determination of immigrants of your families when you arrived here, making America more American.
(WHAT PART OF ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION DOESN'T SHE UNDERSTAND and what an INSULT to all who came before THROUGH THE FRONT DOOR legally and documented)
You brought with you your tradition of family values, of faith, of community, of responsibility.
(ALSO, YOU CAME WITH YOUR HAND OUT plus FAILURE TO ASSIMILATE,PAY TAXES,LEARN ENGLISH and FOLLOW OUR LAWS. This is a huge insult to all Americans who had ancesters who struggled to get their American Dream...legally)
How then could America say it’s ok to send parents of children away? What value system is that? I think it’s un-American. I think it’s un-American.
(WHAT!!! HER WORDS ARE THOSE OF A TRAITOR. SHE IS SLAMMING LAW ENFORMENT FOR DOING THEIR JOBS and UPHOLDING THE LAW...... and SHE IS CALLING REST OF US ALL UN-AMERICAN)
One of the first bills that passed out of the Congress of the United States called State Children’s Health Insurance Program.
Democrat congress of the Democrats in Congress, we were able to insist that the United States Senate accept our language that extended our benefits to those children who are here and do not fulfill the five years….to receive that benefit.
It was a big fight, was a big victory . (Applause)
(SO, I GUESS SHE EXPECTS them all to become Democrats, LOTS OF NEW VOTES for future elections....I'M AFRAID THIS IS THE TRUE MASTER PLAN)
You know, I wanted you to know about that most recent victory and that was because Barak Obama insisted upon it as well. (Applause)
So, now the Hispanic Caucus is going to see the President in about two weeks.
One thing, that will be for them, and hear what the plan will be and how we will go forward.
We will have a plan, we will have a change, we’re going to make a difference. And, it will happen because of all of you , knew enough, cared enough, came out tonight joining others coming out across the country to listen to the stories of friends.
(AMNESTY = NEW DEMOCRATS and the CHANGE will be MEXAMERICA!! Can we AFFORD THIS!)
May I say how proud I am to represent you? Again to exercise your patriotic duty. To turn around (unintelligible)
(HER DUTY IS TO REPRESENT 'US'...not a body of illegals)
And I thank each and every one of you with what you do with your commitment to family and community and faith, for what you do to strengthen America. And to make, as I said before, to make America more American. Thank you for this opportunity.
(Where's the OUTRAGE in the press?? Hell, the poor Dixy Chic caught more grief for her comments about not being proud to be an American, and this broad is basically saying the same thing!!)
TAKE ACTION if this pisses you off!

The Gun Debate
On June 26, 2008, the Supreme Court made a landmark ruling upholding the right of individuals to bear arms for hunting and for self-defense.
Before the landmark ruling, the most visible issue under debate was whether the federal government should provide a stronger role in regulating handguns and related firearms. Methods of regulation include making it harder for dangerous persons to buy a gun, improving safety of guns, regulating sales at gun shows, and more.
TODAY....all this attention for more gun regulations or ammo laws is less about keeping guns out of criminals hands. The attention is more about the guns in the hands of law abiding citizens who want to Protect themselves. Citizens who might need to join their neighbors to protect themselves from whatever may be coming down the pike as a result of the economy. The haves vs. the have nots will be the new danger. The prepared vs. the unprepared. Throw in the Goverment's worry of the people rising up and making demands. I'm not talking about those wacko militia groups. It will be the Lions Club, the PTA, the neighborhood watch groups...normal people with old American principles who will band together to protect themselves.

Shotgun preteen vs. illegal alien Home Invaders:
Butte, Montana
Two illegal aliens, Ralphel Resindez, 23, and Enrico Garza, 26, probably
believed they would easily overpower home-alone 11 year old Patricia
Harrington after her father had left their two-story home.
It seems the two crooks never learned two things: they were in Montana and
Patricia had been a clay shooting champion since she was nine.Patricia was
in her upstairs room when the two men broke through the front door of the
house. She quickly ran to her father's room and grabbed his 12 gauge
Mossberg 500 shotgun.
Resindez was the first to get up to the second floor only to be the first to
catch a near point blank blast of buckshot from the 11-year-old's knee
crouch aim. He suffered fatal wounds to his abdomen and genitals. When Garza
ran to the foot of the stairs, he took a blast to the left shoulder and
staggered out into the street where he bled to death before medical help
could arrive.
It was found out later that Resindez was armed with a stolen 45 caliber
handgun he took from another home invasion robbery. That victim, 50-year-old
David Burien, was not so lucky. He died from stab wounds to the chest.
Ever wonder why good stuff never makes NBC, CBS, PBS, & MSNBC, CNN, or ABC
news.........an 11 year old girl, properly trained, defended her home and
herself......against two murderous, illegal aliens ........and she wins, she
is still alive. She's Not a victim.... Now that is Gun Control!
There are few sites on the web that tell gun owners, especially the novice gun owner, what to do in the event of someone entering their home. Equally important are those things you should not do. Since many people buy a gun for self-defense it would seem logical to discuss some of the issues surrounding self-defense, especially in your home. Whether you have a firearm that you think you'll use for home defense or you're contemplating buying one you should read this page. Click HERE .

Is the Honeymoon Over YET???
The Department of Defense briefed the president this morning and told President Obama that two Brazilian soldiers were killed in Iraq.
To everyone's surprise, all the color drained from Obama's face.
Then he collapsed onto his desk, head in his hands, visibly shaken, almost in tears.
Finally, he composed himself and asked, "Just how many is a Brazilian?"
This is especially enlightening since he obviously has no understanding of a billion or a trillion either.
Recession is when your neighbor loses his job.
......Depression is when you lose yours.
.......................And recovery is in 3 years, 263 days,18 hours and 49.5 seconds to when Obama loses his.

We The People
Here is a great video put together and posted on YouTube called
'We the People stimulus package'
and it is a commentary on the issues of today. However, it's written and delivered as if it were founding father Thomas Paine’s reaction to the events of today.
WATCH this video!!!
UPDATE: There is a digital tea party happening and more information is coming. The 9/12ers are saying great idea about the tea bags. Don't mail them into Washington, though. Instead of mailing the actual tea bag, take a photo of one and send it in or empty the tea bag and send it in. If you do anything in an envelope, they are not going to see I. If you send it on their servers, they will see it. You clog their servers and they will see that. They will get the message that there's a lot of people there. The post office must deliver the mail, no weird substance in it, though. Actually since 9/11 the mail doesn't go -- it's going to be a bunch of people off site in a warehouse in Virginia that actually sees everything.

Socialism - Equal grades for all
Not many people seemed to complain when socialism crept into our youth sports organizations where all players come off the bench for game play and with trophies for all, no matter how your team finished. So why would we expect a complaint when socialism starts creeping into our higher education? Over the last 10 or so years the same concept has filtered into the education system. In an effort to prove our schools in America aren't as lax or as bad as they really are, they have been passing kids to the next grade before they are ready and dumbing down the testing to show improvement in the school systems. A study of grades in college finds this. In 1991 the average GPA for a student was 2.93. By 1996 it was up 2.99. By 2001 it was up to 3.07 and today it's 3.11.
Why? Are the kids just getting smarter? No. But these kids sure are getting more scholarships and are able to pick and choose whatever University they want to attend. Obama has this big plan that everyone should have a college degree to compete in the marketplace and everyone should have the opportunity to go to college.
screeech....hit the brakes here!! You mean the kid who worked really hard to excell will be sitting in the lecture hall next to the kid who is a product of school system inflating it's GPA's. What will become of good work ethic and reward?? We are already seeing that the deceptive grade point averages are allowing more entries, now there is this push to allow everyone to attend??? Either the dropout rate will be outrageous or the Universities will have to dumb-down their curriculum so the graduate success rate doesn't drop. Then when you look to the future when everyone has this almighty degree and diploma, just how and the heck will the employer pick between all the candidates? They will all be equal. Will we be back to picking based on gender, race or who has the least baggage such as family, health and ties to the community?
You know...this is crap. The worst part of this type of specious Socialism is that it is being implemented on the youth. They will end up being so indoctrinated by the time they are young adults, it won't be hard to induce them that this is the norm.
Is this the CHANGE everyone was chanting before going to the polls just a few month ago?

America's Food Supply - Are YOU Ready?
Are you aware that the food supply in America is dangerously low and that there is only a three week supply of food in the national food distribution network? Grocery stores have about a one week supply of food in their stores. The slightest disruption could trigger a breakdown of our food distribution network, which could lead to empty shelves at the supermarkets. Heck, we see this happen when a blizzard hits in this part of the country. Now throw in any Event; a terriost attack, power shortage, economic or natural disaster. Are YOU ready?
There is a growing concern in America about world events, natural disasters, terrorism, and the economy. Families, businesses, and schools are starting to realize the importance of prudent planning for the future. Long term food and water storage is another form of insurance for us and our families. In fact, it is probably the most important investment we can make - given the fact we won't survive long without food and water. It doesn't matter what your wealth is, it won't keep you alive in a crisis - think about it.
Our social structure is extremely vulnerable to events over which we have no control. The systems we created to support our basic needs are so complex and fragile that a serious emergency could cause breakdowns in the supply of essential goods and services. If there was a financial collapse, money could become worthless.
Finding food in bad times would be extremely difficult, especially in light of the non-existent food reserves in this country. Most households today have less than a week's supply of food on hand. How much of this parishable should the power go out?
Make sure you are "prepared" for any emergency and be able to provide essential food and water for you and your family to survive. We suggest at least a three month supply of storable food per person. I will be adding 'Lists' over the next few weeks of what every household needs to place in a Survivor Pantry.....so please stop back. Save this blog to your favorites or choose the Follow this blog in the box in the left column.
Remember, it is better to buy in advance rather than one day too late. Be prepared! If you are indecisive about whether to make a food and water storage investment for you and your family, ask yourself the following simple question, it may help you decide:
Would you rather have it and not need it, or need it and not have it?

Looking ahead to 2012
"We want every American to be the best he or she chooses to be. We recognize that we are all individuals. We love and revere our founding documents, the Constitution and the Declaration of Independence. We believe that the preamble of the Constitution contains an inarguable truth, that we are all endowed by our creator with certain inalienable rights, among them life, liberty, freedom -- and the pursuit of happiness."
Are these the words of a wacko as CNN and the Times make him out to be?
No, but these are the words of Rush Limbaugh as he called on fellow conservatives to take back the country.
Limbaugh praised Obama as one of the most gifted politicians he has seen, but said, "It just breaks my heart that he does not use these extraordinary talents and gifts to motivate and inspire the American people to be the best they can be. He's doing just the opposite."
Obama treats the American people as if we are ALL in NEED...and that we need Him and the government to fix everything. There has been more radical government intervention affecting the lives of the People using the People's money during his first 3 months, what's the next 3 plus years going to be like? Is he just "throwing enough shit on the wall to see what sticks"?? Is he just kinda clueless and doesn't want anyone to say he did not do 'enough' or 'soon enough'? Is he just not able to come off the fast pace of his campaigning to slow down long enough to Think? Or maybe he does see the writing on the wall that he will not be the Savior or so well liked for very long, so he had better put in place all the 'plans' of his politics. Obama's plan is the absorption of as much of the private sector by the US government as possible, from the banking business, to the mortgage industry, the automobile business, to health care. I do not want the government in charge of all of these things. The Government has never been successful in this kind of management.
Looking ahead to the 2012 election, Limbaugh said conservatives will have to choose the right candidate to take the country back.
"We conservatives have not done a good enough job of just laying out basically who we are, because we make the mistake of assuming that people know. What they know is largely incorrect, based on the way we're portrayed in pop culture, in the drive-by media, by the Democrat party", says Rush.
I would HOPE that conservatives would NOT hang our hats on any One future candidate at this time. Instead, let all Republicans get out there and speak on All matters, either for or against, in hopes of painting a clearer picture of what the new face of GOP or being a Republican really is!
The reason the media portrays Republicans the way they do and the reason we are misunderstood is that there aren't enough of those in office, the ones who can easily get in front of the cameras, who are willing to 'say it like it is'! If 5 or 6 Rebublican politicians would hit the cameras per day and start portraying conservative viewpoints, the Republican party won't be as 'invisible' as we are now.
We need to give people a Reason to vote Republican. Define what a Republican is first, then pick the candidate that best portrays what the new path of the Rebublican Party. It's a shame that a radio celeb, bless his heart, has to be the voice that gets everyone's attention.

Glenn Beck on Fox!
I just finished listening to Glenn Beck's March 13th Special Broadcast. The show was built up over the course of the week and I just had to be there at my tv to take it all in. It was called, We Surround Them FRIDAY!
What's this all about??? Ask yourself this.....
Do you watch the direction that America is being taken in and feel powerless to stop it?
Do you believe that your voice isn’t loud enough to be heard above the noise anymore?
Do you read the headlines everyday and feel an empty pit in your stomach…as if you’re completely alone?
If so, then you’ve fallen for the Wizard of Oz lie. While the voices you hear in the distance may sound intimidating, as if they surround us from all sides—the reality is very different. Once you pull the curtain away you realize that there are only a few people pressing the buttons, and their voices are weak. The truth is that they don’t surround us at all. We surround them.
So, how do we show America what’s really behind the curtain? Below are nine simple principles. If you believe in at least seven of them, then we have something in common.
The Nine Principles
1. America is good.
2. I believe in God and He is the Center of my Life.
3. I must always try to be a more honest person than I was yesterday.
4. The family is sacred. My spouse and I are the ultimate authority, not the government.
5. If you break the law you pay the penalty. Justice is blind and no one is above it.
6. I have a right to life, liberty and pursuit of happiness, but there is no guarantee of equal results.
7. I work hard for what I have and I will share it with who I want to. Government cannot force me to be charitable.
8. It is 'not' un-American for me to disagree with authority or to share my personal opinion.
9. The government works for me. I do not answer to them, they answer to me.
The 12 Values....
Honesty
Reverence
Hope
Thrift
Humility
Charity
Sincerity
Moderation
Hard Work
Courage
Personal Responsibility
Gratitude
Nine Principals and Seven Values....9/12
If you agree with at least seven of those principles, then you are not alone. It doesn't matter if you are Democrat or Republican or how you voted, but it does matter that you know that there are many many other people that believe in the same American Way that the generations before us believed in. We don't have to change or adapt to the reasoning of todays Politics. And we don't have to accept the decisions and keep our mouths closed for fear that no one is listening. 'We the People', remember that? We...as in ALL of US, not just the political majority of the day. We should all have a 'voice' and we should all feel that the Principals and Values we believe in, should be worth talking about and applied.
That is the reason I started this blog today. Glenn Beck, I thankyou for the inspiration! I am now here to speak what's on MY mind!
His tv show is every afternoon on Fox...5:00 Eastern, 3:00 here.
Visit his web site at www.glennbeck.com
He has a radio show, but we don't get it here in this part of Wyoming...wish we did!
