Cap and Trade a massive tax increase disguised as a climate bill. It would not have passed in the House, but Obama and Biden spend all day stroking the Democrats into getting this passed. So we really can thank Obama when US manufacturing companies flee the US for countries with lower or no taxes that are based on actual productivity. Obama, our nations nightmare. Say it with me: One Term President.
